Half titles, titles printed in red and black, coloured plates after Shirley Slocombe, half tone illustrations (frontispiece in the Oak volume detached, some tissue guards adhering to plates). Original red buckram lettered in gilt, top edges gilt (some dust-soiling). Provenance: Enid à Beckett (bookplate).
