A Japanese Fukugawa jardiniere, late 19th Century
the globular base rising to a waisted centre, then flaring into a foliate rim, decorated in blue and white to the exterior with stylised iris blossoms on a ground of gilt spirals, iron-red and gilt floral rim designs to the interior rim, signed to the base -- 10½in. (26.7cm.) high.
