drypoint, 1917, on laid paper, fourth (final) state, signed in pencil, from the unsigned edition of 370 (Hofmaier records several signed impressions from the unsigned edition), published by Gustav Kiepenheuer Verlag, Weimar, 1918, with irregular margins, light- and dappled time-staining, occasional foxing, remains of old tape to the reverse, otherwise in good condition
