the complete set of eighty etchings with burnished aquatint, drypoint and engraving, 1810-20, with title and biographical essay, Harris's Edition 1a, before the correction of the title on pl. nine, fine, early impressions, many of the plates exhibiting the drypoint burr or lavis outlines which Harris notes on the earlier impressions, on wove paper, watermark J.G.O. and Palmette or none, published by the Real Academia de Nobles Artes de San Fernando, Madrid, 1863, with margins, occasional thin spots in the margins as is common with this series, occasional minor surface dirt towards the sheet edges, very pale time staining at the extreme sheet edges, plate 54 with a skilfully repaired split in the lower margin, otherwise in very good condition, each plate mounted on paper guards, bound within contemporary Spanish calf-backed boards, flat gilt spine with title and date (album)
