The rounded rectangular top with reeded edge and two flaps, above two mahogany-lined frieze drawers, the reverse with simulated drawers, above bobbin-turned end supports joined by a similarly turned stretcher and on down-swept reeded legs terminating in foliate-cast brass caps and castors, inscribed in chalk '23/211'
