A REGENCY BRASS-MOUNTED ROSEWOOD SOFA TABLE
EARLY 19TH CENTURY
Inlaid overall with boxwood lines, the rounded rectangular twin-flap top, above a frieze fitted with two panelled drawers with convex quarter-fillets to one side, the reverse with simulated drawers, with twinned ring-turned end-supports, joined by curved legs with rosette mounts and terminating in paw feet, with castors, one drawer with circular label '1971', the underside branded 'F' below a coronet, the carcase and drawers in maple, the locks apparently original, the handles replaced
28 in. (71.5 cm.) high; 59¾ in. (152 cm.) wide, overall; 28 in. (71 cm.) deep
