engraving with etching, aquatint and hand-coloring, circa 1829, on J Whatman dated 1851, with full margins, minor surface soiling, a few scuffs on the top of the eagles head, small areas of stray ink in places, pale mat staining, occasional small tears and creases at the extreme edges, a small loss at the lower right corner, otherwise in good condition, framed
