engraving with etching, aquatint and hand-coloring, 1831, on J Whatman dated 1830, with margins, light-, mat and time staining, scattered foxing and reverse foxing, surface soiling, a small spot of surface debris at the upper center image, several nicks and tears at the sheet edges, a 6-in. tear at the central left sheet edge extending to ¼-in. from the wing tip (backed at the sheet edge), two 1-in. tears at the lower right and lower center sheet edges (one extending through the text, both backed), otherwise in good condition
