A gilt bronze frieze of Sri Devi
Tibet, Densatil, 15th Century
Well and deeply cast with the goddess sitting on her mount over a lotus base, her sword held aloft in her right hand, wearing multiple necklaces including a garland of heads, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry inlaid with hardstones, her face with the third eye surmounted by a foliate tiara, her mount similarly garlanded, surrounded by further deities standing on lotus thrones and carrying a variety of implements, all within a scrolling lotus tendril
