A ROMAN IRIDESCENT GLASS JUG
CIRCA 3RD-4TH CENTURY A.D.
The piriform body with applied trail around neck and under rim, handle applied at body and rim with a high thumb rest; and a Roman green glass jar, the body wound with separately applied trail, circa 3rd Century A.D.
7½ in. (19 cm.) and 4 in. (10.2 cm.) high respectively (2)
