A LARGE CANTONESE POWDER BLUE GROUND PUNCH BOWL AND STAND MADE FOR ZILL-I SULTAN, LATE 19TH CENTURY
The bowl of deep form, both painted and gilt with typical famille rose designs, part of a large service made for the Iranian prince Ma'sud Mirza, known as Zill-i Sultan, with roundels containing his name and date 1297AH (1879-80AD) - 14 3/4in (37.5cm) diameter (2)
