This very fine copy of the diwan of Farukhi was copied for Mirza Hasan 'Ali Khan Mustashar al-Mulk. Below the colophon in which this information is contained there is a note written by the patron in which he records how he compared this manuscript with eleven other copies of the same work and added the marginal notes which are written in red. The note is dated 19 Safar AH 1338 (12 Novemebr 1919 AD).
