PROBABLY DECCAN, SECOND HALF 18TH OR EARLY 19TH CENTURY
The flat circular openwork bezel with a central flat-cut diamond rosette within a leafy border of further diamonds and four rubies, the reverse enamelled with red and green floral designs on a tan enamel ground, the hoop finely inlaid with red and green floral designs on a gold ground
