PROBABLY DECCAN, EARLY 19TH CENTURY
Of octafoil lobed form, the face with a lattice of lines dividing panels set with cabochon spinels and flat-cut diamonds, the reverse with a single carnation flower on a hatched light blue enamel ground, suspension loop above and pendant pearl below
