Both applied with gilt-metal initials 'AD'
The compact: 4 in. (10 cm.) diameter; the case 3½ in. (9 cm.) wide
Together with a gilt-metal lacquered compact, the cover with initial 'A'; another silver-gilt metal engine-milled compact with enamelled initial 'A' and a silvered compact (5)
