The serpentine top above a spreading pediment centred with an Apollo mask and scrolling foliage, flanked on each side by a scantily-clad nymph, above an arched surround flanked on each side by a nymph caryatid, each side applied with a musical trophy, several mounts signed to the reverse JA/820, the cast-iron hearth surround cast in relief with a cartouche and latticework
