Signed Ageron a Paris, case no. 4366, circa 1780
With full plate gilt-finished verge movement, chain fusée, pierced and engraved balance cock, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, gilt hands with star-shaped pointers, outer Arabic date ring with central hand, the lower half decorated with a polychrome painted scene depicting a basket of flowers and two doves, day indication with central hand, the upper half with painted symbols of the Sun, Moon and planets Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Mars and Mercury and central hand, in large plain circular case, movement signed
