screenprint in colors, 1967, on wove paper, signed and dedicated 'to Michele' in black ink and again in pencil on the reverse, a proof apart from the signed and numbered edition of 250 (there were also 26 artist's proofs lettered A-Z), with the 'Andy Warhol Art Authentication Board' inkstamp and numbered A300.076 in pencil on the reverse, published by Factory Additions, New York, the full sheet, creasing in the lips, soft creases and rippling in the hair, a crease and a ½-in. tear at the center right sheet edge, rubbing and ink loss along the lower sheet edge, creases at the upper left and right corners, otherwise in good condition
