CIRCA 1830, PRINTED BLUE MARKS
The dish of hemispherical form, moulded to the rim with scallop shells and scrolls, raised on three paw feet with shell and acanthus shoulders, the centres with a patriotic bouquet of roses, thistles, shamrocks and a leek tied with a Union ribbon within a gilt dentil well, the borders with three trefoil panels with loose bouquets and reserved on a green and richly gilt trellis and oeil-de-perdrix ground
