A broad honzukuri even-curved katana in military mounts with an old black ishimeji lacquer scabbard and silver-clad copper habaki, the kitae koitame, gunomeba hamon predominantly of nioi, midare-komi omaru boshi, the tang suriage with two mekugi-ana and osujigai file marks on the original portion with the signature
