Comprising a set of eight blue and white plates variously decorated with ladies in a landscape and one with a scholar in an interior, the rim painted with cartouches of flowers on a diaper-pattern ground, Kangxi, 20.5 cm. diam.; a set of six famille rose 'cockerel' plates enamelled with two cockerels beside peony issuing from rockwork, 18th Century, 22.5 cm. diam.; and a famille rose plate decorated with a shaped panel enclosing flowers, 28 cm. diam., minor chips and frits (15)
