Kannon possibly Heian period; the base and mandorla Edo period
Kannon standing on a separate carved lotus base placed on a rectangular rocky base, his right hand stretched downwards in varadamudra while the left formerly held an attribute, wearing dhoti, sashes, his face with serene expression, the gilt wood mandorla set with a multitude of small Buddhist figures
