In the form of a stylized bird of prey, its neck curved forward, the head with a long hooked beak, an incised mouth, and a dotted circle eye, with the talon extended and open, the tail flaring, the feathers delineated by incised horizontal lines on the body, raised bands on the neck and tail, the body outlined by two rows of incised triangles, perforated on the neck and tail, with two pins for attachment
