THIRD INTERMEDIATE PERIOD TO LATE PERIOD, 1070-343 B.C.
Depicted mummiform with the arms folded across the chest, his fisted hands emerging from beneath his vestment, right over left, holding a crook and a flail, wearing a multi-strand broad collar, its details incised, the plumed atef-crown fronted by a uraeus, supported by ram horns surmounted by uraei with solar disks, wearing a plaited chin beard curved out at the tip, atop a trapezoidal integral plinth inscribed in hieroglyphs, reading, "Osiris, who gives life and offerings; Meni, son of Nes-Sobek, son of Osiris Neher the Elder, servant of the palace of the sacred barks," a tenon below for insertion
