A ROMAN GLASS SKYPHOS
CIRCA EARLY 1ST CENTURY A.D.
Transparent light green in color, with a wide body, on a ring foot, the vertical walls narrowing slightly towards the rim, with lathe-cut concentric bands on the underside, a single groove on the interior below the rim, the ring handles with horizontal upper and curved lower plates, the upper plates merging with the rim
