This is a design for a commercial poster for the Russian Art exhibition held in the USA in 1924. I promised to do a poster for the exhibition, even though it isn't my speciality...

The final version of the poster for the exhibition depicted B. Kustodiev's work Likhach [A Good Coachman]: Kustodiev's 'Coachman' was reproduced on posters displayed in the streets and in the windows of shops, redrawn in simple colours by the artist Zakharov.
