Note de dégustation: En avril 1991, (...) il était opaque, dur déjà parfumé, charnu et élégant. (...) De toute évidence un Graves avec son caractère doux, terreux. (...) Plus récemment, à la dégustation Haut Brion du Master of Wine (janv 2000) : profondeur moyenne dans une enveloppe mûre doucement ouverte ; riche, nez de café et de chocolat, s'ouvrant divinement bien ; suave, doux, plus robuste que le millésime 1989, très bien équilibré avec un fini riche, parfumé et sec.Juin 2000 ***** M.B.
Tasting note: In April 1991 (...) it was opaque, hard yet fragrant, fleshy and elegant. (...) Unmistakably Graves with its soft, earthy character. (...) More recently, at the MW Haut-Brion tasting (January 2000) : now medium -deep with a relaxed open mature rim ; rich, chocolatey, mocha nose, opening up beautifully ; sweet, soft, firmer than the '89, perfectly balanced with a rich, fragrant yetdry finish.
