Lot Essay

Plumb studied at the Central School of Art and held his first solo exhibitions in London at the New Vision Centre Gallery and Gallery One in 1957. He continued to exhibit in London at galleries such as Marlborough and his work is represented in public collections including the Tate Gallery, London.
