With six gilt raised ribs dividing recessed panels painted in the manner of P.E. Schindler with large figures of Orientals at various pursuits, two holding a bow and arrows, one with a fan and another with a coffee-pot beside flowering plants on grassy terraces with birds and insects in flight, the shoulder richly gilt, the circular cover with a gilt rosette enclosed by scrollwork and with a band of iron-red lines between purple flowers (slight wear to shoulder and footrim, minute chips and blemish to rim of cover)
