CIRCA 1740, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK
Painted in the Kakiemon palette enriched in gilding with flowering shrubs and bound hedges issuing from blue and red rockwork, against a yellow ground, the domed cover with a gilt-tipped knop finial with radiating red lines, brown line rim (slight wear to rim and footrim, minute scratches to ground)
