A MEISSEN FLAX-BLUE GROUND TABLE-BELL
CIRCA 1740-45
Reserved with two landscape vignettes, one with figures walking by a country house, a tower and a thatched building, the other with a gallant and companion by a monument in a wooded landscape, within gilt interlocking scrollwork quatrefoil cartouches, the white handle with Holzschnitt Blumen, gilt line borders, the interior fitted with a wood clapper (interior loop for suspending clapper restored, slight wear to enamels on handle, very slight scratches to scenes)
