One Japanese tobacco pouch and four metal inro, late 19th Century
the textile pouch woven with a writhing dragon amidst clouds, the large silvered clasp with the same beast, its reverse carved with turbulent waves, ojime with waves and the kagamibuta netsuke with an ivory bowl and the plaque with another dragon; a silvered sheath inro carved with a mon and foliage, coral bead ojime and a stagantler netsuke carved as bamboo and pierced with a gourd; a miniature inro with a rocky garden and cranes, metal ojime with rabbit and full moon, and white coral netsuke; another, even smaller incised with peony; another of copper with scrolls and a mon -- the pouch 5 3/8in. (13.7cm.) wide. (5)
