Two Cantonese ivory card-cases, 19th Century
both densely carved with figures in gardens and amongst pavilions, the first depicting the side of Napoleon's Tomb, the other with an oval plaque incised with the initials MJ -- maximum 4½ in. (11.3 cm.) long. (2)
