All marks rubbed, counterfeited Amsterdam marks
The oval box on floral and C-scroll footrim, the sides engraved with flowers, the detachable cover with carved mother-of-pearl plaque with a group of horsemen and in the back the town of Naarden, inscribed '1673 Den 13 Septmbr naerdn veroovert, marked on base
