A CHINESE GILT COPPER TEAPOT AND COVER

The body with incised floral decoration on a hammered ground, and moulded to the exterior with cloisonne enamelled vine leaves, gilt hanging fruits, and wire formed scrolling tendrils, the spout and handle formed as tree shrews scampering up the sides of gnarled tree branches, the cover as a shrew seated upon a green cloisonne enamelled leaf
