etching, soft-ground etching and engraving, 1941, on wove paper, the second (final) state, signed, dated and inscribed in pencil, numbered 8/30 (there were also 5 artist's proofs), with margins, scattered foxing, time-staining, remains of tape and glue to the reverse with associated staining to the front, a gallery label pasted to the reverse, otherwise in good condition
