Apparently unmarked, possibly Baltic, early 18th Century
The reverse of the elongated bowl with alternating gilt and plain tapering flutes, the heel engraved with an armorial within a wreath cartouche and with a date 1726, the stem with alternating gilt and plain spiral flutes and with baluster terminal
