A MEISSEN TWO-HANDLED BEAKER AND A SAUCER
CIRCA 1730, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARKS, THE SAUCER WITH DREHER'S MARK OF A STAR
Painted in the manner of J.E. Stadler, each side of the beaker and the saucer with an Oriental by flowering shrubs, two vignettes with fences, the beaker interior border with half-flowerheads divided by diaper-pattern panels, the border of the saucer divided by four large panels with half-flowerheads, the underside with concentric iron-red circles (restored chip and short crack to one side of rim of beaker) (2)
