MARK OF WILLIAM KER REID, LONDON, 1838
Shaped oblong with foliage, flower and shell handles and rim, engraved with foliage and an inscription, on four foliate and shell feet, marked underneath
32 7/8 in. (83.5 cm.) wide
208 oz. (6,483 gr.)
The inscription reads: 'Presented TO GEORGE FALL, by his fellow PARISHONERS OF SAINT MARK LAMBETH, In Testimony of their gratitude admiration and esteem for his disinterested, bold and beneficial advocacy of Parochial Reform, attained by long untired and consistent EXERTIONS, 20th Septr 1838'
