The stepped plinth supporting the domed mid-section with a niche surrounded by a flaming nimbus, below a rising spire of stylised parasols surmounted by a crescent moon and sun finial, the base incised in the four cardinal directions with an elephant, a horse, a peacock and a Garuda flanked by lions, richly gilt overall
