Lot Essay

Examples of the chair design were first exhibited at the Usonian Pavilion of the Sixty Years of Living Architecture exhibition, New York, 1953. The model was subsequently incorporated in other interiors including the Paul Trier house, Des Moines, Iowa, 1956.
