A blue and white oviform jar and a 'dragon' dish

Painted to each side with a square panel enclosing a river landscape, one with two scholars, the other with a fisherman, all against a washed-blue cracked-ice pattern ground enriched with plum blossom heads picked out in white; and a plate decorated with a dragon emerging from crested waves in pursuit of the 'sacred pearl', rim frittings, 25.8 cm. diam.
