a woodblock print, 'Early Summer Rain, Arakawa River', 1932, published by Doi Hangaten, Made in Japan printed to verso; a print 'Hayama, Iyo', 1934, with figures in a boat moored along a riverbank at sunset; and a further print with a father and daughter walking before buildings in the snow, both published by Watanabe Shozaburo, all signed Hasui and sealed Kawase, the snow scene stamped Made in Japan to verso -- 15½in. x 10½in. max. (39.4cm. x 26.7cm.) including margins. (3)
