An iron-red enamelled dish, underglaze blue Kangxi six-character mark
painted to the well with a Shou character roundel surrounded by the bajixiang (Eight Buddhist emblems) each on top of a lotus flowerhead, their tendrils intricately linked around the centre, the underside with evenly spaced, eight dragon and scrolling cloud roundels -- 8¼in. (20.9cm.) diam.
