Signed Kajikawa saku, with an inlaid mother-of-pearl tablet inscribed Shibayama Sadamasa, Meiji Period (late 19th Century)
Decorated in gold, silver and red hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, nashiji and inlaid ivory on a kinji ground depicting the Rokkasen [Six Immortal Poets] seated beside a bijin, nashiji interiors and risers, fundame rims and an attached kinrande style ojime and an undecorated ivory manju
