Signed Kansai saku, Meiji Period (late 19th century)
Decorated in gold, silver, red, green and black hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, togidashi-e and inlaid in mother-of-pearl with Emma-o, the King of Hell, who sits at a desk, in front of which are two oni rendered in gold, silver, shakudo and copper hirazogan and takazogan the reverse with Benten
