Depicted nude, his musculature well defined, including pronounced iliac crests and pectorals, a deep groove sculpted vertically along the center of the back, the right arm originally lowered and attached to the right hip by a strut, partially preserved, an iron pin emerging from the strut and the underside of the break in the right arm, the left leg originally slightly advanced, the navel deeply drilled, fillets falling along the shoulders, hollowed between the shoulders with a central mortise for attachment of the separately-made neck and head
