Wood-engraved armorial on title, parallel text in Greek and Latin, woodcut illustrations (a few light spots and some light marginal browning). 17th-century red armorial morocco gilt (lightly rubbed, some staining). Provenance: Garratts Hall Library (armorial bookplate); Frederick A. Heygate Lambert (modern inscription on front free endpaper); some later underlining and pencil marginalia. Cartier 535.
