St. Petersburg, 1879, marked AL probably for Anders Long
Of trunkated conical form, on four crenelated knop feet with cylindrical bands above each foot and above and below the conical base and body, the cover with rounded edge, surmounted by a cylindrical chimney, engraved overall with lozenge strap-work designs, with angular handles and beaded borders, the knop finials with mother-of-pearl insulators, with ivory handle to the chimney and insulators to the handles, fully marked
31 in. (78.7 cm.) high with chimney
