All wines are offered in original wooden cases unless stated otherwise with excellent appearance and levels at base of neck or better.
The following lots, 202 to 252, have been recently removed from a perfect temperature and humidity-controlled cellar in Northern Europe. These wines, part of a much larger collection, have been specially selected for this sale to represent some of the exceptional highlights of Bordeaux production between 1978 and 1996. Notable wines represented include Cheval-Blanc and Leoville-las-Cases of the legendary 1982 as well as Cos d'Estournel 1985 and many fine Châteaux of the superb 1989 and 1990 vintages
Until removal to the UK for this auction, the cases have remained untouched and unopened since original purchase following each vintage from noted Bordeaux specialists in the country of origin.
